Technical & Training Administrator
Based in Telford, Shropshire
Salary: £16,500 – £18,000 + Excellent Benefits
One of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies is currently recruiting for an intelligent and well organised Technical & Training Administrator at their Telford office. You would be tasked with supporting the delivery of a professional, consistent and commercial Training service across the business, coordinating study and professional qualifications for Graduate Trainees.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and confident individual to join one of the UK’s leading firms. Key tasks will include ensuring all trainees are registered with the appropriate institute, booking trainees onto appropriate study and revision courses with training providers, liaising with professional bodies and training providers and dealing with invoices and enquiries.
Your role would also include issuing electronic briefings to clients and targets. You would be expected to ensure all client-facing documents meet required standards and are appropriately branded, adding all client briefings to the intranet as well as assisting with the ongoing maintenance of the CRM system.
The ideal candidate for the role will be an intelligent individual with experience providing a high standard of support within a professional office environment.
You must be well organised with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and work to deadline, with excellent attention to detail. You will be a strong communicator with good IT skills, in particular Excel, and able to work on your own initiative.
