We’re looking for a talented telesales person with experience of selling either for or into builders and plumbers merchants, to join our client in the position of Telesales.

If you can demonstrate you can build rapport with existing customers and generate sales of new and existing products, then you could be perfect for what my client needs.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Sales Manager and based in the company’s Swindon office, the Telesales will be primarily responsible for maintaining strong and productive customer relationships and providing sales support for the external sales team.
Specifically, in the job, you will also be responsible for:
– Contacting customers to ensure them of offers and deals on products
– Managing activity through a daily list and recording information in line with company procedures
– Identifying new business opportunities and arranging visits for Area Sales Managers
– Working closely with the sales and operations team to ensure effective delivery of products
THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered for the Telesales role, you ideally will possess direct experience of selling either for or into builders and plumbers merchants.
In addition, it’s essential that you possess the following:
– Good eye and keen attention to detail
– Excellent customer service skills
– Able to work on own initiative
– Postive attitude
– A minimum of 1 years telesales experience
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in one of the following roles:
Telemarketing, Internal Sales, Customer Services, Retail Sales
THE PACKAGE:
Basic salary: Up to £18000 per annum for the ideal candidate
OTE: £21000 per annum
Additional benefits: holidays, pension
