You will be selling mobile phone contracts into SME’s across the UK. This will involve following up on a pipeline of business as you will be following a business up to the point where they are looking to renew.
The company provide fantastic training both on mobile phone contracts and sales techniques so for the first 6 weeks you will be in their academy, constantly learning and developing. Then once in the main sales hub, you will have an excellent opportunity to earn fantastic commission – their top billers are earning in excess of £100k p.a.
As the company expands there is a real potential for your role to grow to. There are real prospects into Team Manager or Mentor level for the right people.
We need someone who is highly consultative, someone who is resilient, highly organised and also very communicative. You must have previous sales experience either as a Telesales Executive, in Outbound Sales or Telemarketing. You will have great questioning skills and a fantastic ability to learn. You will be money motivated and someone who is good both at new business generation, and maintaining existing accounts.
Basic salary of £22.5k OTE year 1 in excess of £40k + pension + healthcare (after 1 year) + incentives
