Due to growth my client based in Bath are currently looking for a Telesales Executive to join their team with a view to sell their HR Solution package to SME clients.

The role:

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to help the company generate new business through calling warm leads provided through marketing campaigns and leads purchased by the business.

In the role, the Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting companies with a head count of 50 staff or less and speaking with Office Managers, MD’s or Owners of these businesses.

You will be targeted on signing up 15 – 20 new companies per month and paid on a percentage of these deals.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate for the Telesales Executive role will:

  • Be a self-starter, proactive individual with a positive energy

  • Have experience working within an office environment ideally with some sales experience

  • Have experience of working on a CRM system

  • Be a genuine, honest person who have good work ethics

The Company:

Based in Bath, the company have been established in the last two years. They are a growing business with a current head count of 20 staff within the office. They are looking for a Telesales Executive to take their business to the next level.

They’re a social company and have regular company lunches and drinks. They have a smart casual dress code within the office which shows the relaxed culture they have.

The Package:

The basic salary for the Telesales Executive role is up to £25,000. In addition the company offer a commission package of £35,000, 28 days holiday and fresh fruit within the office.
