We’re looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to work for our client, Europe’s leading vending, coffee and refreshment provider. This is a full-time permanent role based at the company’s Yate distribution centre, just outside Bristol.
This role will suit someone with drive, determination and commitment to get things done. You will have confidence, with a high level of self-motivation, possess the ability to work to own initiative and a hands-on attitude.

The Role
Working as part of a driven and lively team, you will be responsible for generating your own leads, contacting prospective business customers and engaging them in conversation whilst identifying sales opportunities. You would be expected to actively promote and sell the company’s products and services. Key tasks to include…
– Make outbound calls to an existing base of clients
– Work to daily/weekly/monthly targets, individual and as a team
– Maintain and update client database
– Upselling new product categories to existing and new clients

The Candidate
– Experience within a fast-paced and dynamic sales / contact centre environment
– Tenacious individuals, not afraid to pick up the phone and sell, able to demonstrate resilience
– Motivated by hitting targets / KPIs and boosting your monthly earnings
– Confident and articulate with excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as good IT skills
– Able to interact with colleagues and clients alike and at all levels of seniority will also be required
