Due to expansion and based in Chippenham, our client is looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to promote comprehensive survey and valuation services for residential properties around the UK.
We’re looking for an energetic Telesales Executive to follow up quotes received through a comparison site and to then convert that quote into a sale.
In the role, the Telesales Executive will be responsible for following up quotes, speaking to the client, establishing the client’s requirements and then closing the sale.
The perfect candidate for the Telesales Executive position will have the following qualities and experience:
- Strong background in Telesales/ Telemarketing
- B2C/ B2B Experience
- A proven track record of hitting set targets/KPI’s
- Experience selling a service
- Familiarity within the Property industry however not essential.
You will possess a positive, professional way of thinking, as well as being creative and always thinking of ways to improve the service you offer. You will be resilient, organised and have an adaptable personality to ensure you can offer the best service to every customer you are dealing with.
Based in Chippenham, the company was established in 2006 and are rapidly expanding. The company offer a range of services such as Building Surveys, Homebuyer Reports and Private Valuations.
They are a very well established company, and they can offer a huge level of progression and stability for the right candidate.
The basic salary for the Telesales Executive is within a range of £20,000 – £25,000 dependant on experience, plus uncapped commission!
Office hours are Monday – Friday – 09:00am – 17:30pm
