Job Title: Test Manager – Software Test Manager (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Benefits: 10% Bonus, Holiday, Pension, 25 days holiday (+ 8 BH’s)
A highly innovative, vibrant and well known organisation based in an excellent location, are looking to recruit an experienced Software Testing Manager specialising in the delivery of multiple test projects.
You will have experience of working in a test management role where you have led testing teams in both BAU and project test delivery. You will be comfortable in a fast paced working environment with multiple software releases. You will have an expert and thorough knowledge of test planning, effort estimation, test scheduling and tracking and reporting. It would be highly desirable if you have prior experience of ‘managing at a distance’ (Offshore).
This role demands someone who will lead by example. You will have a very flexible approach to work and be flexible to the hours that a demanding role will require. You will also be credible, visible and approachable and will inspire and motivate colleagues.
- A well versed test manager with experience in the delivery of multiple test projects.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Managing multiple work streams.
- Managing at a distance (Off-shore teams).
