You will be put on a series of training courses, which will cover networking, cloud solutions, and servers, where you will learn desirable skills and gain valuable qualifications throughout. Every time you complete a course and obtain your qualification you will receive a £1,000 salary increase.

Tell me about the role…
The team you will be joining receives a high volume of support tickets from various companies and sectors so you will be very quickly exposed to a wide range of technology and sectors. To begin with, you will mainly cover 1st/2nd Line Support requests, but as time goes on you will begin to learn how to support various server and networking infrastructure support enquiries where you will quickly develop into a 3rd Line Support or become a Field Infrastructure Engineer.
