Job Title: Trainee Consultant – Demand Planning/Forecasting

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000

This an excellent opportunity for someone experienced in using and working with demand planning and forecasting software to break into a consulting role and to join a major Blue Chip Software/ERP company that offers excellent training and opportunities for travel.

The Role

The role will involve travel to customer sites based mainly in the UK and also in Europe enabling them to successfully implement their demand and supply chain planning software into sectors such as food and beverage, retail, pharmaceutical, distribution and manufacturing.

Their software covers, master planning, distribution planning, production planning, procurement planning, demand planning and scheduling and you will be trained both in the UK and France on all these areas.

Key experience required:

You will have experience of working with supply chain software including planning and forecasting and will be looking for a role that will use your expertise to help companies to implement their specialist supply chain software.

Ideally you may have worked in the team that worked on the implementation of supply chain software however this is not a pre-requisite.

As you will be working on client sites for three to four days per week you must be willing to travel.

This is an excellent opportunity to break into a consulting role with a growing global organisation where the average length of employment is 10 years plus.

You could currently be working as a Demand Planner, Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain Analyst, Demand Manager, Forecasting Manager or Supply Chain Consultant.
