Due to expansion, our client is looking for a French/Flemish speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultant to promote their contract recruitment services into the Business Intelligent Market across Belgium.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Recruitment Consultant to develop within a specialist business intelligence recruitment consultancy based in London.
In the role, the Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for undertaking a 360 role which will mean you will need to develop an understanding within a niche technology market, source new business, develop relationships with clients, negotiate terms, source the right candidates for the projects and close the deal.
The perfect candidate for the Trainee Recruitment Consultant position will have the following qualities and experience:
- French/ Flemish Speaking
- A background within a Sales environment
- Ideally graduated to degree level
- A drive for success
- Familiarity of the IT industry however this is not vital.
You will ideally be at the start of your career, looking for an opportunity in which you can progress and grow within.
You will possess a positive, professional way of thinking, as well as being creative and always thinking of ways to improve the service you offer. You will be competitive, organised and have an adaptable personality to ensure you can offer the best service to every client you are dealing with.

The basic salary for the Trainee Recruitment Consultant is up to £22,000 dependant on experience, OTE £70,000+ (uncapped).
