My client are looking for a Training Officer or a Senior Carer/Coordinator who is looking for a step in to a training role, to join them at their well established, friendly and growing team. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have a full UK driving licence and your own car.
The job will be working for a well-established organisation who provide high quality home care to people in the Yorkshire and surrounding areas. The role of Training Officer will be ideal for someone who has their PTLLS qualification and is keen to progress in a Training position. Duties and responsibilities will include;
• Provide training and support to care staff at various branches as well as liaising with external training providers
• Work with Coordinators to arrange training courses
• Deliver Induction training workshops and maintain up to date training records
• Have experience of delivering Moving and Handling Training
This position will be ideal for a Senior Carer/Senior Support Worker, Care Coordinator or Trainer looking for a change in direction.
My client are looking for a candidate who is keen to take their career down the Training route, you will have a good understanding of the care industry including inductions, moving and handling training and will have your PTLLS qualification. Ongoing training and support will be offered by the client to ensure you have the tools to complete the role of Training Officer to the highest standard.
