I’m seeking a UK Sales Manager to join a fast growing organisation that are set out to be one of the leading providers of healthcare supplies in the country.

The Role:
As UK Sales Manager you will be responsible for selling the company’s own branded product range of medical supplies, therefore previous experience of working in healthcare industry is essential. With your target market being hospitals (NHS and private sector), GP Surgeries, Clinics and even Care/Nursing Homes, you will be strong business developer with the drive to turn leads in to sales and over achieve set targets.

As this is a new position, you will be tasked with bringing on new business, using your industry knowledge to speak with decision makers and present the product catalogue to them and winning the business.

The majority of your role will be field based, working from home when needed.

The candidate:
The successful candidate for the UK Sales Manager role will:
• Have business-to-business sales experience selling in to the Healthcare/Medical industry
• Have a good understanding of medical supplies and equipment – including who your competitors are
• Be a driven, passionate sales person who is motivated by new business
• Be a people person, having the capability to build long lasting relationships at all levels
• Have a full UK driving licence
• Be willing to cover a large geographical area; this is a UK wide position, travel and overnight stays will be required

The Package:
The basic salary for the UK Sales Manager role is up to £40,000 depending on experience, with OTE in your first year of £60k. You will be given a company car or car allowance, mobile and laptop as well as stability and future prospects to develop.
