We’re looking for a talented Unified Comms Technical Analyst to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of Mitel VoIP.

Based in the company’s Bristol office, as the Unified Comms Technical Analyst you will be primarily accountable for answering to customer voice support calls in a cordial and efficient way. The applicant should be comfortable liaising with customers over the phone or email UC Technical Analysts are expected to provide user guidance, perform service requests, maintenance and monitoring tasks and reply to alerts. So they are able to perform the required function, it is essential a UC Technical Analyst has a high level ability to work on VoIP and network technologies and support.
In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
– Building rapport with new and existing clients
– Providing Unified Comms remote and onsite support
– Responding to client requests within support agreement targets
The ideal candidate for this Unified Comms Technical Analyst role will have relevant experience of Mitel VoIP. You’ll also need experience of IT and networking.
