James BallFounder & Director
James is one of the founding fathers of Coburg Banks. Together with Mark Wilkinson and Anthony Hughes, they started the company in 2002. During the company's early years, James acted as the operations guru - the glue that allowed the rest of the business to concentrate on recruiting.
Mark WilkinsonFounder & Director
Mark is also one of the founding trio, having met James and Anthony in a previous life. He's been in recruitment since the mid 90s, and still actively recruits to this day. Specifically, he focuses on Sales and Technical recruitment now - and he's very proud of his Yorkshire roots!
Anthony HughesFounder & Director
The final member of the founding group, Anthony is the smooth talking recruitment impresario who's knowledge of the technical aspects of recruitment are unsurpassed. His main area of expertise is in Sales recruitment but he's also the company's HR guru.
Charles TrivettDirector, IT Division
Charles heads up our IT recruitment division, and has been in recruitment since the late 90s. His knowledge of the IT sector is second to none. He joined Coburg Banks in 2006 having earned his stripes working for two of the UK's top IT recruiters.
