At a networking event a couple of years back, the one very common complaint we heard about recruitment agencies was that they will often inflate a candidate’s salary just to increase their fee.

We work on recruitment projects throughout the whole of the UK. We make extensive use of Skype and Facetime to ensure that every candidate is thoroughly vetted before being presented to you – no location is too remote.
Yes, either by telephone or face-to-face depending on your requirements. This forms an integral part of the vetting and selection procedure and allows us to create shortlists with pinpoint accuracy.
You won’t have to pay a penny until the successful candidate commences work with you.
We operate a replacement and rebate scheme for every recruitment project we undertake.
The purpose of this is to protect you in the event that you have to dismiss a candidate in the first three months of employment.
