We'll give you a clear figure upfront before we start - no surprises, and we won't charge you any more than that amount, even if you have to offer a higher salary to secure your ideal hire. And remember, you don't pay anything unless we find someone you actually hire.
When do I have to pay the fee?
Not until your new hire starts work. There's nothing to pay upfront, nothing on shortlist, nothing on interview. Our fee only becomes due once the successful candidate is sat at their desk working for you.
