Advice Surrounding COVID-19 that Jobseekers Need to Hear

Many jobseekers have been affected by COVID-19, so we decided to sit down and answer a few worries people currently have. Find out more here. Enjoy!

Not so long ago a good friend of mine, Stuart Taylor, reached out to me for some advice regarding the current job market for project managers (and other roles too).

This came following the economic impact COVID-19 had on certain sectors.

A lot of people are currently jobless and with a record high unemployment rate of 3.9%, so it felt right to start answering questions.

Working in the recruitment industry we see the impacts on the job market slightly earlier than most.

That means that we start to see the decline of vacancies and incline of redundancies first, as well as the opposite.

Stuart and I teamed up and put together an in-depth analysis of the current employment market.

You can find the results in this video, where we answer many questions people are struggling to find the answer for.

Feel free to let us know your feedback in the comments below, especially if you've faced any difficulties regarding your career due to the pandemic.
