Care Coordinator

Since 2017, our client has provided an innovative care solution for people with care needs enabling them to enjoy fun filled holidays every year. To support their growth they now seek customer, quality focused Senior Care Coordinators to work on a hybrid basis from their office in Birmingham. On offer is:
  • A basic salary of £25.6k with £200 bonus every month on top
  • 33 days holiday (inc bank holidays)
  • Fantastic opportunities to grow into new roles
  • A fun working environment
  • Office hours Monday to Friday 9:00 to 6:00
  • Hybrid working 5 days out of 10

You will be responsible for:
  • Writing care plans and conducting care assessments
  • Coordinating care hours
  • Helping to put together risk assessments for activities
  • Ensuring the right equipment is available throughout the trip

You will need:
  • Experience as a Care Coordinator
  • NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Good PC literacy
  • To be career focused and wanting to develop and learn

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, production, project management) to ensure smooth project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in steel fabrication, metalwork, or a related engineering/manufacturing environment.

  • Solid knowledge of engineering, construction, or manufacturing sectors.

  • Strong new business development track record – you know how to prospect, network, and win.

  • Technically minded with the ability to understand fabrication processes and communicate them clearly.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organised, with the ability to work independently.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
