Project Manager – Engineering / Complex Systems

Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to deliver high-value, complex engineering projects on a global stage?

We’re working with a world-class designer and manufacturer of bespoke motion platforms, mechanical systems and immersive technology, delivering cutting-edge projects worldwide.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, managing multiple high-profile installations and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to exacting technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop project plans, schedules and WBS
  • Monitor milestones, risks, budgets and performance
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Drive delivery across multiple concurrent projects

About You

  • 5+ years’ project management experience (engineering / technical environment)
  • Strong understanding of commercial and contractual risk
  • Confident managing multiple complex projects
  • Highly organised with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach

Desirable:

  • Project Management qualification
  • Experience in ‘human motion’ equipment , technology based entertainment systems, ride systems or complex installations
  • Exposure to international projects

  • Ideally experience with Beckhoff PLCs
  • Proven track record delivering complex electromechanical systems
  • Detail-oriented with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with cross-functional teams

Desirable:

  • Experience with AV systems or immersive technologies
  • Knowledge of electrical design packages and system integration
  • Experience supporting international projects or installations

You will manage, maintain, support and develop the ICT infrastructure to ensure its effective and efficient operation in conjunction with external companies. You must have a driving licence and your own transport to be considered for this role.
