Location: Hybrid – Marston Green, Birmingham 3 days per week
Salary: £27,396
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm

Established over 30 years ago this highly innovative company are going through an exciting time with the main business system being redeveloped and redesigned into a bespoke modern solution. This system supports 3500 users across 96 member businesses.

Working as part of the Help Desk Support Team, following training, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality product and service support users on a centralised bespoke logistics and tracking platform that enables all members and customers to facilitate data exchange and processing of operational transactions.

This role would suit someone that has worked in a call centre or a helpdesk that is looking for a first step into IT and is happy to learn how to support a large software application.

Any experience of using a helpdesk ticketing system would be welcome.

Based close to Birmingham airport, the role will be a hybrid one with three days a week in the office.

The role is for a fixed term of 12 months.

  • You will have experience of working on a helpdesk or in a call centre with excellent customer services skills.
  • You will have a passion for software and IT
