Bring something genuinely new to the UK on-trade.

We’re looking for an experienced drinks industry salesperson to introduce a cutting-edge, disruptive brand to some of the South of England’s most exciting independent bars and hospitality operators.

This is a new business role.

You’ll be targeting progressive independent operators, typically owners of small groups of 2–5 venues, building relationships and getting the product behind the bar and into the hands of customers.

The proposition is different, contemporary and sits naturally alongside the growing health, wellness and changing drinking habits shaping the on-trade.

And importantly, you won’t be doing it alone. There’s strong marketing support behind the brand to help create awareness, interest and demand.

The Role

You’ll be:

  • Winning new independent on-trade accounts
  • Targeting premium bars, hospitality groups and multi-site independents
  • Developing relationships with owners and key decision-makers
  • Identifying the operators who like to be ahead of the curve
  • Building distribution and visibility across the South
  • Working closely with marketing to turn interest into listings and long-term accounts
  • Spending plenty of time out in the market, meeting customers and opening doors

What We Need

You’ll already have on-trade drinks sales experience and understand how independent operators buy, what gets their attention and how to turn a conversation into a listing.

We’re particularly interested in people who:

✔ Have a strong track record of winning new on-trade business
✔ Know the independent bar and hospitality scene
✔ Are comfortable dealing directly with owners and entrepreneurs
✔ Enjoy introducing new brands and concepts to the market
✔ Have a genuine interest in emerging consumer trends, health and wellness
✔ Are energetic, credible and commercially sharp

This probably isn’t for someone who wants to inherit a comfortable patch and simply manage existing accounts.

It is for someone who gets a kick out of finding the right operators, opening doors and building a market for something new.

Admin and Secretarial
NEW
CLOSING SOON
Commercial Administrator

Are you the sort of person who gets things done, keeps everyone organised and knows what's happening across a business?

We're recruiting for a successful, established consumer products business that needs a capable, commercially minded administrator to support its sales and day-to-day operations.

This isn't a role where you'll spend all day processing orders or updating spreadsheets.

You'll be involved in a bit of everything, working with sales, customers, stock, logistics and accounts to make sure the business runs smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the sales team and dealing directly with retail customers

  • Handling orders, quotations, pricing and customer information

  • Coordinating with logistics over stock, deliveries and customer requirements

  • Helping with new product launches, promotions and retailer administration

  • Producing reports and keeping systems and records accurate

  • Resolving problems, chasing things up and making sure nothing gets forgotten

  • Generally being someone the team can rely on to get things sorted

What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in people who've worked in smaller or medium-sized businesses, where they've had to turn their hand to different things rather than work within one narrowly defined role.

You might currently be a Commercial Administrator, Sales Administrator, Office Administrator, Sales Coordinator or Operations Administrator.

What matters is that you:

  • Have experience supporting sales and wider business operations

  • Are organised, accurate and comfortable using Excel and business systems

  • Can communicate confidently with customers, suppliers and colleagues

  • Have a practical, hands-on approach to solving problems

  • Are happy juggling different responsibilities and taking ownership

  • Enjoy being busy and making yourself useful

Experience in consumer products, retail supply, distribution or a similar environment would be an advantage, but isn't essential.

Why Apply?

You'll join an established business where you'll be trusted to get on with your job, become involved in different parts of the operation and make a genuine contribution.

If you're a capable all-rounder who enjoys variety, responsibility and being the person who makes things happen, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply now for more information.
