What's on Offer?

  • £28,000–£30,000 salary, depending on experience.

  • Additional earnings through a paid on-call rota.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, established service where you'll play an important role in coordinating care, supporting staff and ensuring service users receive reliable, high-quality support.

  • Communication and coordination: Maintaining positive relationships with care workers, service users and families, ensuring everyone is kept informed.

  • Maintaining service standards: Monitoring care delivery, updating care management systems and supporting the Registered Manager.

This is primarily an office-based position, although you'll also participate in a paid on-call rota and occasionally provide emergency care-call cover when required.

About You

You will either:

  • Have previous experience as a Care Coordinator, Care Scheduler or Rota Coordinator within domiciliary care.

OR

  • Be an experienced carer or Senior Care Assistant within domiciliary care who is looking to progress into a more office-based role within the care sector.

In addition, you will need to:

  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or be willing to work towards achieving this qualification.

  • Be organised, confident communicating with others and comfortable using IT systems.

  • Be able to remain calm and find solutions when dealing with unexpected challenges.

  • Hold a full UK driving licence.

  • Be willing to participate in the paid on-call rota and provide occasional emergency care cover when required.

Ideally, you'll live in Chessington or within easy commuting distance, including Kingston upon Thames, Surbiton, Epsom, Tolworth, Worcester Park or New Malden.

Interested?

Whether you're an established Care Coordinator looking for a fresh challenge or an experienced carer ready to take your career in a new direction, we'd love to hear from you.
