We’re recruiting a Registered Manager to help build a premium domiciliary care service across Northwood, Ruislip and Uxbridge. Working closely with a highly supportive owner, and with the backing of an established care group, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your team and put quality care at the heart of the business.

Already CQC registered, with a care team in place, the service offers a strong foundation for an ambitious manager to make their mark.

The role

• Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent care and CQC compliance.

• Recruit, support and develop a dedicated care team.

• Oversee care planning, assessments and quality assurance.

• Build trusted relationships with clients and families while supporting sustainable growth.

About you

You must have previous domiciliary care experience and hold, or be willing to work towards, an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.

Applications are welcome from experienced Registered Managers, as well as capable Care Coordinators, Deputy Managers and Field Care Supervisors ready to step up. You’ll bring a sound understanding of CQC requirements, strong organisational skills and a commitment to person-centred care.

Salary will reflect your experience, with the higher end of the range available to experienced Registered Managers.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Job Title: RPG Developer
Location: Home based (Leeds office - 6 days per month with some trips to Watford)
Salary: £60,000 to £65,000

We are looking for an experienced RPG Developer, that is happy going into Leeds six days a month, to join a small team of developers working on a large client application that focuses on the distribution sector.

The role is predominantly to develop and support their key customer applications, as well as any in house development required. The role will be a key part of their innovation strategy to further develop an experienced development team.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly proficient and experienced RPG Developer that is able to proactively develop a good working relationship with a customer, and work autonomously alongside them. You will not be just following specs but possibly righting them before coding.

We're recruiting a mechanically biased engineer to join an established engineering business that genuinely looks after its people.

You'll be home based, travelling to customer sites across the UK to service, maintain and repair mechanical equipment used in industrial and manufacturing environments.

Yes, there's UK travel and occasional nights away, but this isn't a company that runs its engineers into the ground. Work is planned sensibly, overnight stays are managed fairly, and work-life balance genuinely matters.

The Role

• Service, maintain and repair mechanical equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs.
• Complete planned maintenance and servicing.
• Work independently, with support from an experienced engineering team.
• Travel across the UK, with overnight stays when required.

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical engineering or maintenance experience.
• Ideally experience maintaining equipment in food manufacturing, warehousing, distribution or similar industrial environments.
• A mechanically biased engineer with good fault-finding skills.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.

You don't need years of experience. Someone with just 12 months' relevant engineering experience, the right attitude and a willingness to learn will be considered.
