If you're an experienced Heat Pump Engineer who's tired of being just another number, this is an opportunity to join a business that's investing heavily in its people and its future.

We're looking for a technically strong engineer to become a key part of a growing London team. The role is predominantly focused on servicing, fault-finding and repairing commercial heat pump systems, with the opportunity to work on larger installation projects across commercial CAT A and CAT B fit-outs.

No two weeks are the same. Most days you'll be attending 2–4 service visits across London, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs and keeping critical systems running. When installation projects come up, you'll be part of dedicated teams delivering commercial installations that typically run for 2–3 weeks.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sharing their knowledge. You'll be a go-to technical support for junior engineers, helping them develop their skills on site. There's already a management structure in place, so this isn't about managing people—it's about being recognised as a respected technical expert within the team.

What we're looking for

You'll already have solid experience working on commercial heat pump systems and be confident diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs and delivering first-class service to customers.

You'll be someone who:

  • Has proven commercial heat pump experience.
  • Enjoys fault-finding and solving technical problems.
  • Takes pride in high-quality workmanship.
  • Is happy working across London.
  • Wants to help develop less experienced engineers.
  • Is looking for a long-term career rather than just another job.

What's in it for you?

  • circa £65,000 basic salary
  • Plenty of overtime available to significantly boost your earnings.
  • Diverse work across service, maintenance, repairs and installations.
  • Genuine opportunities to progress as the business continues to grow.
  • A company that values technical expertise and promotes from within.
  • The chance to become one of the senior technical engineers in a specialist, expanding team.

If you're looking for a role where your experience is genuinely valued, you'll have real variety in your work, and you'll be given the opportunity to progress your career as the business grows, we'd love to hear from you.

Business Development Manager

Are you an experienced SaaS salesperson who wants more ownership, greater earning potential and the opportunity to help build a new business function?

An established UK software company is expanding its portfolio of AI-powered SaaS products and is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead new customer acquisition.

This is not a role where you’ll simply inherit a list of existing accounts.

You’ll build pipeline, open doors, lead sales conversations and close new SaaS customers—while helping shape the sales approach as the business grows.

The Opportunity

You’ll sell a portfolio of AI-led software products to UK retailers.

The products can integrate into customers’ existing technology, making them easier to adopt without a major systems replacement.

You’ll be supported by quality prospect data, established sales tools, an external appointment-setting partner and experienced product specialists.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Researching and targeting relevant UK accounts
  • Building and managing your own outbound pipeline
  • Qualifying inbound and partner-generated opportunities
  • Engaging senior ecommerce, digital and commercial decision-makers
  • Running product demonstrations and discovery meetings
  • Preparing proposals and leading commercial negotiations
  • Closing annual SaaS licence agreements

As you become established, you’ll take full ownership of the new-business number and play an important role in how the commercial function develops.

About You

You’ll ideally have:

  • At least three years’ experience in outbound B2B software or technology sales
  • Experience researching accounts, building prospect lists and running outbound campaigns
  • One to two years’ experience carrying a closing target
  • A track record of progressing software opportunities from initial contact through to signed agreement
  • Confidence communicating with senior commercial and technical stakeholders

Experience in ecommerce, retail technology, martech, search, merchandising or related software would be advantageous but is not essential.

Package

  • circa £55,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission
  • £80,000–£85,000 OTE at target
  • Private medical cover
  • Company pension

Location and Working Pattern

This is a hybrid position based in the Nottingham area.

Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Nottingham and be comfortable attending the office two days per week.
