Salary: up to £65,000

A high-performing Purchasing Manager is sought to take ownership of supplier strategy, cost control, and procurement performance within a fast-paced high-tech manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role with real influence across operations, finance, and supply chain.

They will lead a small purchasing team while driving commercial outcomes—balancing cost, quality, and delivery across a global supplier base.

What you'll do

  • Own and execute purchasing strategy across international suppliers

  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team to deliver high performance

  • Drive cost reduction, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations

We are looking for someone to bring ideas as harvest new ones from the senior stakeholders for areas to improve, prioritise, create the roadmap, and then execute with the support of partners such as web-developers and AI agency.
