Supply Chain Manager

Are you ready to take on the role of Supply Chain Manager at a leading global company? The Role:

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will:

  • Oversee supply chain process across various categories, including fabricated parts and AV hardware
  • Develop strategic sourcing plans to meet project demands
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team on technical specifications and BOMs
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team, focusing on development and mentorship
  • Ensure timely purchase orders aligned with project schedules
  • Negotiate with suppliers both strategically and tactically to optimise the supplier base, quality & cost
  • Monitor supplier performance and address issues promptly

The Candidate:

The ideal Supply Chain Manager will have:

  • Proven procurement experience in engineering or manufacturing
  • Strong skills in sourcing mechanical and electrical components
  • Experience in strategic sourcing and supplier development
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems
  • CIPS Level 5 or 6 qualification (or equivalent) preferred

The Package:

For the Supply Chain Manager position, the package includes:
