  • £12.81 to £13.31 per hour
  • £500 joining bonus – £250 after 6 months and £250 after 12 months

You'll need to be caring, patient, reliable and compassionate, with the ability to remain calm in stressful or challenging situations.

You'll also need to be flexible

  • You must be prepared to work 3 weekends out of every 4

  • You must already have the Right to Work in the UK

Are you an experienced NMC-registered Nursing Home Manager looking for an opportunity where you can genuinely make your mark?

We are recruiting on behalf of an established 40-bed nursing home in West Sussex seeking an experienced, commercially aware and compassionate Manager to take full responsibility for the operation of the home.

This is a hands-on leadership role with real autonomy. You’ll be responsible for maintaining excellent standards of care, developing and supporting the team and, importantly, helping to increase occupancy and drive the continued success of the home.

  • Experience of maintaining and improving quality standards
  • The ability to lead, motivate and develop a successful team
  • A good understanding of occupancy, admissions and the commercial performance of a care home
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A compassionate, resident-focused approach with the confidence to make decisions and lead from the front

The Role
