We cover the full spectrum of IT and technology disciplines. If it's a technology role, we recruit for it.
Our average time to hire across all IT roles is 29 days. We typically have a shortlist of vetted, interviewed candidates with you within a few days of receiving your brief. IT roles can be particularly hard to fill — especially for specialist skills — but our established networks mean we're not starting from scratch. We already know where the strong candidates are.
Our fees typically range between 15% and 25% of the candidate's basic salary, depending on seniority and complexity. For contract roles, we'll talk you through how the day rate and margin work. We'll give you a clear figure upfront before we start — no surprises. We also cap our fees, so if you need to offer a higher salary to secure your ideal hire, our fee stays the same. And you don't pay anything unless we find someone you actually hire.
We'll get back to you within 20 minutes to have a quick chat about your role. We'll ask about the technical skills you need, the team they'll be joining, the tech stack they'll be working with, and the kind of person who'd thrive in your environment. Then we get to work. You'll typically have a shortlist of vetted, interviewed candidates within a few days. No pressure, no hard sell — if you don't like what we send, there's no obligation to go further.
You can hire directly — but IT recruitment has a particular challenge. The best candidates are rarely actively looking for work. They're already employed, well-compensated, and won't respond to a generic job ad or LinkedIn InMail. We reach these passive candidates through years of relationship-building with IT professionals across the South East and beyond. We also understand the technical side, so we can properly assess whether someone's skills are genuine — not just take their CV at face value.
