Care Manager
We are seeking a Care Manager for one of the South’s leading domiciliary care providers to cover Bath. They will offer:
  • Basic salary of £35,000
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Good mileage allowance
  • Blue light discount
  • Company pension scheme
  • Well-being support and initiatives
The Care Manager role
As Care Manager you will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the office. This will also include:
  • Manage and Lead, following CQC Guidelines and maintain compliance
  • Conducting assessments and updating care plans
  • Ensuring that the care provided is of highest quality and meets care needs
  • Take a lead in promoting the expansion of services
What we need:
  • Managerial Experience within the care sector
  • Good knowledge of CQC fundamental standards
  • UK driving license
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for supporting older people within the community
  • A NVQ level 5 or willing to work towards one

Due to expansion, our client a leading a specialist in the design and build of office interiors are seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team based in Taunton.

They are offering a basic salary of £26k to £33k (depending upon experience). In addition you will receive:

The Role

  • Involved in project handover meetings with the Sales team
  • Booking accommodation for PM’s and Contractors
The Person
We need someone who is highly organized, someone with the ability to work as a part of the team and with fantastic inter-personal skills. Furthermore you should have:
  • Either project coordination or senior administrative experience
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • The ability to keep calm under pressure
  • A great phone manner
It is likely that you have previously worked either as an Admin Manager or Office Manager or in project support.

The hours of work are flexible so 8-4 or 9-5. There might be the opportunity for hybrid working once you have been with the company for 6 months, but initially they really need someone who could get to the office in Taunton.
