Job Title: Graduate Engineer
Location: Heathfield, West Sussex – Site based five days a week
Salary: £30,000 to £32,000
Benefits: Pension, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent Engineering or Manufacturing graduate with a keen interest in software coding, AI automation and CAD to join a unique and well-established company based in picturesque surroundings on a converted farm in West Sussex.

The company are looking to expand their digital engineering capabilities and are looking for a bright graduate to take ownership of their CPQ (Configure–Price–Quote) scripting and to enhance our automated workflow that generates 3D CAD models directly from CPQ outputs. This role bridges software development and CAD automation, ensuring that customer specifications are translated seamlessly into accurate, production ready models.

What are we looking for?

• Firstly, you must be a recent graduate in manufacturing or engineering with some knowledge of CAD from your course.
• Secondly you will need to have a strong interest in IT and coding as well as AI.
• You must be able to drive and have your own car as they are out in the middle of the countryside.
• You will need to be living within 45 minutes’ drive of Heathfield.

• Drive sales growth by collaborating closely with buyers and key customer contacts
