As a Project Coordinator you will be supporting a team of 3 Project Managers with their current and future projects. Key tasks including:
- Updating labour forecasts and project schedules
- Raising purchase orders
- Dealing with incoming enquiries and queries
- Sourcing materials, equipment and materials as directed by the Project Manager
- Involved in project handover meetings with the Sales team
- Booking accommodation for PM’s and Contractors
We need someone who is highly organized, someone with the ability to work as a part of the team and with fantastic inter-personal skills. Furthermore you should have:
- Either project coordination or senior administrative experience
- Effective problem solving skills
- The ability to keep calm under pressure
- A great phone manner
The hours of work are flexible so 8-4 or 9-5. There might be the opportunity for hybrid working once you have been with the company for 6 months, but initially they really need someone who could get to the office in Taunton.
