This role will suit a skilled salesperson, ideally with experience providing a high standard of support within fast-paced sales/customer service environments. You will enjoy multi-tasking and working with multiple priorities at pace, liaising with customers, and delivering results within tight timescales, ensuring all customers undergo a seamless and best-in-class customer experience.

- Responding to customer enquiries via email or telephone and assisting them by providing a competitive quotation
- Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate record
- Liaising with operations and logistics to ensure all orders are delivered on schedule
- Collaboration with the internal and external sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate external salesperson for further development and closure
- Managing and resolving customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
